SheetTamer Opens Its Doors

What we accomplished

  1. We built the owner portal: sign in by emailed code, join, connect and claim pages, and an Office, Sheets, Receipts and Reports menu.
  2. We built the server side of documents, checks and reports, including receipts, income papers and the 1099 K.
  3. We put a permission on every workspace route, with a firm boundary between practices.
  4. We opened the product on its own domain on 25 October, with 166 successful ships in the last two weeks of October.
  5. We built a retention schedule, with a retention class for every model.
  6. We added a strict content security policy to the www lander and the ad pages.
  7. We built billing that follows the trial, so an owner who picks a plan pays at the trial's real end.
  8. We extended operations: alerts by email beside text message, ad click measurement, and a launch dashboard.

The latest AI we applied

We added two security reviewer agents and a role based access plan. A panel of persona agents reviews our ideas and videos. We inventoried the Bedrock models we call and made the model layer accept inference profile ids and a separate model for the deep read, so a newer generation can be selected by configuration.

October took eleven months of building to a product with its own domain and a release record behind it. If you want an AI product built and shipped this way, talk to us.
