Why we started GG

Most of the consulting industry sells process. Decks, frameworks, roadmaps, the artifacts that come before the work. We started GG because we got tired of watching good ideas die in slide reviews while the actual code never got written.

The mission is simple. Take an idea, build the working thing, ship it to production, hand the customer the keys. AI tooling has made this kind of speed possible for the first time. Senior judgment is what makes it useful. Combine the two and a multi-week project becomes a multi-day one without losing quality.

How we work

Senior engineers only. Every engagement is led end-to-end by a senior engineer. The person who scopes your project is the person who ships it. No handoffs, no junior layers, no "let me check with the team and get back to you."

AWS-native by default. We build on AWS because we have run production systems on it for years. ECS, RDS, CloudFront, Secrets Manager, IAM, the whole kit. Production-grade from day one, not bolted on later.

Ship before you scale. The fastest way to learn what your product should be is to put a working version in front of a real customer. We optimize the first deploy aggressively and iterate from there. Nothing about a system is final until real users have used it.

Honest scope. We say no to projects we cannot ship well in our timeframe. We tell you up front when something is harder than it looks. We do not pad estimates to look impressive. The whole business runs on trust, and trust starts with calibrated promises.

About the founder

GG Consulting & Management LLC was founded by Bill Cuevas. Bill has spent more than a decade shipping production software across payments, e-commerce, AI infrastructure, and SaaS platforms. The portfolio of work he has built and operated includes the AVNZ payment platform, Adley (AI paid search manager), ShipKeeper (shipping protection), and Always 305 (subscription coffee), all running in production today.

He started GG to apply that engineering experience to other founders' projects. The bet is that a senior engineer with the right AI tooling can ship in weeks what teams used to ship in quarters, and that the difference is mostly judgment, not headcount.

Who we work with

We work best with founders and teams who can move at our pace. That usually means a clear product owner, a willingness to make decisions in days instead of weeks, and a real budget for shipping rather than for planning. We are not the right fit for long discovery cycles or committee-driven sign-offs.
